Goyen offers a full line of diaphragm valves (pulse jet valves), pilot solenoid valves, and particulate monitoring systems for dust collectors. Our web features some of their more commonly used industrial products. For information on their full line of industrial solenoid valves, please feel free to call our office at any time. See the Goyen Valve Literature Page for a list of all the documentation and drawings available on the web site.

Diaphragm (Pulse Jet) Valves

These valves are most commonly used on modern reverse pulse dust collectors and filter/receivers. We offer the full complement of diaphragm valves manufactured by Goyen in sizes ranging from 3/4" to 3" with several styles/connection types:

RCA3D2T Pilot Valve:

The 1/8" RCA3D2T Remote Pilot solenoid valve controls the actuation of most of the Goyen dust collector diaphragm valves. The valves are available in 12 Volt DC, 24 Volt DC, 120 Volt AC and most other common voltages. Below, you will see the types of electrical connections/housings that are available. Pilot valves are $42.47 each, FOB factory. We accept Visa and MasterCard for small orders and will gladly set up an account for frequent purchasers. Inquiry by phone or email (see contact us page).

Pilot Valve Enclosures:

Goyen offers a range of valves and enclosures including models suitable for external and hazardous locations with approvals from NEMA, Cenelec, U.L., CSA, and SAA. These models are specifically designed to ensure correct operation of the diaphragm valves that they control. The most popular model is the RCA3D2T featured on this page. This solenoid powers the majority of the Goyen Diaphragm Valves.

GOYEN SOLENOID VALVES When several pilot valves are required, we recommend a pilot valve bank commonly known as a solenoid enclosure. These enclosures come in many sizes as described, below, to suit your needs. These enclosures hold the RCA3D type QT coil to make wiring to the box as simple as possible. These solenoid banks are available in NEMA 4 enclosures or hazardous area enclosures.
Enclosures are available in the following models with some explanation as how these are designated (Click on the model name for a pdf data sheet of the unit):
3-5V Enclosure - has up to five pilot valves housed in a NEMA IV enclosure.
3-8V Enclosures - has up to eight pilot valves housed in a NEMA IV enclosure
3-12V Enclosure- has up to 12 pilot valves housed in a NEMA IV enclosure
